Achilles tendon (Ахиллово сухожилие)

Вопрос:    Dear Sir
I am suffering from tearing pain at the back of heel pad(mainly left side) for last one month.As I have blood pressure my doctor has advised me to walk daily for 3km.But after walk I get pain at that region and I have to discontinue till the pain reduces to tolerable level.By this I could able to walk in the morning irregularly.

Please guide me in this regard and advise some remedies.
